What information about historical markers and landmarks to expect for Isle of Man, British IslesWe don't know if there are plaques on the Isle of Man, but we do know that there are museums, ancient monuments, and historic sites. The governing body for such sites is Manx National Heritage, and its site lists several ancient monuments and historic sites that you can visit.Because there are over 200 ancient crosses to find, all of which are documented (just not online) we'll open a separate list of landmarks just for those. They'll need to be added one at a time unless you can point us at more information. We will eventually add the museums on the web site above, but if there are others, please request that they be added individually. The same goes for wildcard plaques and signs about history that you might find.
