What information about historical markers and landmarks to expect for Maine, USA

There is no current historical marker program. Some old markers remain from the early to mid 1900s, but these will need to be requested individually as there is no centralized information. There are several city and regional programs; if you find one, please point us to the information and we will take it from there.

You can request that National Register properties be added one county at a time, but everything else will need to be requested individually.
