What information about historical markers and landmarks to expect for Nebraska, USA

There are about four hundred historical markers in Nebraska's system, and we have input most, if not all, of them. All that remains is for us to cross-reference the lists as we used two different lists in the past.

The markers are cast aluminum markers, and have a blue background with silver writing and the state seal. There are three distinct designs (wall/plinth-mounted, single pole, double posts). If you find a state marker that is not in our system, please request it individually.

For National Register properties, please request them one county at a time. For all other landmarks, please request them individually unless you can find an online source of say, city or county markers or landmarks.
