What information about historical markers and landmarks to expect for Washington, USA

We have input all the DOT series of historical markers, though we only have very rough locations. These rectangular, brown-framed signs are the nearest Washington has to an official historical marker system. We have also input all feasible National Register properties for the state, and will eventually get the State Register properties in there, too.

The WISAARD database, below, is there for searching Washington's properties, though it only works on Internet Explorer on a PC. Hopefully this shortcoming will be addressed in the near future.

Properties on the state register and national register may or may not have plaques.
